We value your feedback. By providing any content through our services—whether via email, posts through any of our synchronization tools, third-party apps, or otherwise—you grant Temukan Bali a broad license. This includes any content you submit, such as reviews, questions, photos, comments, suggestions, or ideas. You give us the right to host, use, modify, run, adapt, translate, distribute, publish, and publicly display your content globally across any media now known or developed in the future. Additionally, you permit us to share your content with others, improve our services, and make your content available for syndication, broadcast, or publication through other platforms, all in line with our privacy policy and terms.

Furthermore, you agree that we may use any name or trademark you provide in connection with your content. While we may choose to attribute your content at our discretion, if you reside in the UK or EU, this will be done reasonably. You also allow us to take legal action against anyone who infringes on our or your rights in your content under this agreement. You acknowledge that your content is not confidential and that you possess or have the necessary permissions and licenses to use it as allowed under this agreement.

If you hold any moral rights related to your content, you agree that, to the extent allowed by law, (a) you do not require any personal identification to be linked with the content or its derivatives; (b) you do not oppose the publication, use, modification or removal of your content by Temukan Bali; (c) you waive any claim to moral rights as an author in the content; and (d) you release Temukan Bali and our licensees from any claims related to these moral rights.

Please note that any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by Temukan Bali at any time and are not guaranteed to be kept confidential.

Temukan Bali does not guarantee the confidentiality of any content you provide through the Services or in any Interactive Area.

Temukan Bali reserves the right to remove and/or restrict any messaging or other content from the Services without notice if we believe, in good faith, that such content violates this Agreement or is otherwise necessary to protect the rights of Temukan Bali and/or other users of the Services. If you disagree with the removal of your content, please write us an email to hello@temukanbali.com

By using any Interactive Areas, you agree to submit only content that complies with Temukan Bali’s guidelines as in effect at the time of submission and made available to you by Temukan Bali. You agree not to post, upload, transmit, distribute, store, create, or otherwise publish through the Services any content that:

a) Is false, unlawful, misleading, defamatory, pornographic, suggestive, harassing, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable;

b) Promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm against any group or individual;

c) Encourages or provides instructions for illegal activities, criminal offenses, or civil liability, or violates the rights of any party or any local, national, or international law, including regulations of financial authorities or any securities exchange;

d) Provides instructional information about illegal activities, such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating privacy, or creating computer viruses;

e) Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property rights, including promoting unauthorized copies of copyrighted works or providing pirated software or music;

f) Constitutes mass mailings, spamming, junk mail, chain letters, or pyramid schemes;

g) Impersonates any person or entity or misrepresents your affiliation with any person or entity, including Temukan Bali;

h) Contains private information of any third party, including addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, or credit card numbers, without explicit permission;

i) Includes restricted or password-protected pages or hidden images;

j) Contains or is intended to distribute viruses, corrupted data, or other harmful files;

k) Is unrelated to the topic of the Interactive Area in which it is posted;

l) In the sole judgment of Temukan Bali (or, if you are a consumer in the UK or EU, in our reasonable judgment), violates any of the above subsections, Temukan Bali’s related guidelines, is objectionable, restricts or inhibits others from using the Interactive Areas or Services, or exposes Temukan Bali or its users to any harm or liability.

To the extent allowed by applicable law, Temukan Bali and Visugenix LLC do not assume responsibility or liability for any Content posted, stored, transmitted, or uploaded to the Services by you (with respect to your Content) or by any third party (for all Content in general). This includes any loss or damage that may arise. Temukan Bali and Visugenix LLC are also not liable for any errors, defamation, misinformation, obscenity, or offensive material you might come across.

As providers of interactive services, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, Temukan Bali is not responsible for any statements, representations, or other Content provided by users (including you and your Content) on the platform or in any other forum. Although there is no obligation to review, edit, or monitor any Content posted or shared through Interactive Areas, Temukan Bali reserves the right, at its sole discretion (or, if you are a consumer in the UK or EU, as reasonably deemed necessary), to remove, review, translate, or modify any Content posted or stored on the Services at any time and for any reason, or to delegate such tasks to third parties.

You are solely responsible for creating backup copies of any Content you post or submit to us or store on the Services, and for any costs associated with replacing such Content.
